Orders typically ship out within 24-48 hours or less.

Orders shipped within the state of MS typically take one business day via ground shipping. Also, locations near Birmingham average one business day via ground shipping, too.

Is your order a rush?

What do PRE-ORDER items mean?

Items labeled PRE-ORDER are typically items which are ordered after you place your online order. However, please pay attention to the numerical number next to each item because some PRE-ORDER items are in stock due to special ordering reasons. 

How do I know what is in stock?

You can check the approximate quantity of inventory per item by looking at the QUANTITY field per each item's ordering page. Your store has a lot of items which allow for backordering, so please pay close attention to the quantity field. 

What happens to items which are out of stock at the time of my order?

Typically, we ship all of the IN-STOCK items from your order, and we split your backordered items into a NEW order.
